How do I sell my device?
Easy! You’ve got 3 options:
- Pop in-store
- Send it by post
- Schedule a doorstep collection
Whichever suits you best — we’ll make it smooth.
How quickly will I get paid?
We don’t mess about:
- In-store or doorstep collection: paid in 5 minutes
- By post: paid within 1 hour of receiving and confirming the price
Can I get paid in cash?
Absolutely.
- In-store: cash or bank transfer — your choice
- Postal: quick, secure bank transfer
Do you buy damaged or non-working devices?
We sure do. Cracked screen, won’t turn on, looks like it’s had a hard life? Still valuable
Can I trade in my phone for a different one?
Yes! And we’ll even add up to 15% extra when you trade in for another device.
What else do you buy?
Phones, laptops, consoles, smartwatches, tablets — the works. If it’s tech, and you’re not using it, we probably want it.
